Building and Property Condition Reports

A building condition report, also called a property condition report or a property condition assessment, is a documented, independent record of the state of a property at a point in time. It is used when buying resale, when selling, for valuation and mortgage purposes, and to establish a baseline before or after works.

What the report covers

The condition report follows the same rigour as our property inspection, structure, systems, finishes and external areas, with every finding graded and photographed, and thermal imaging for concealed issues.
