What property snagging actually gets you

Snagging is the process of finding every defect in a new or newly handed over property and listing it so the developer fixes it before you accept it. In Dubai this matters more than most buyers realise, because once you sign the handover you lose most of your leverage and the burden of proof shifts to you.

WeSnag inspects the property room by room, system by system, and produces a single snag list that grades each defect by severity and maps it to the exact location. You hand that list to your developer and they rectify at their cost. We are a snagging company that only inspects. We never quote to fix what we find, so the report has one job, to work for you.
